FAQ'S

FAQ

What does parking look like?

For sessions under 2 hours, there is downtown street parking available. For sessions over 2 hours, we recommend the Mountain Ave parking garage. If you have equipment, feel free to pull up to the loading dock, unload, and then proceed to park your car.

How do I get into the studio

We will be there 5 minutes before your booked studio time to let you in to use the space

Can I book a photo session with Machmer Media without renting the space?

Yes! We offer rentals to other creatives in the community. However, if you would like to book a session at FOKEL with Machmer Media, Simply fill out the contact form below and we will be in touch ASAP

Can I arrive to my booking early for setup?

We recommend booking an extra half hour outside of your photo session time to allow for setup and breakdown. This helps us keep our scheduling efficient and allows you to get into and out of your session on time

Is your space accessible?

Although there are stairs to get into the building, the museum of art has a lift around the side of the building and an elevator inside. However, there are three small steps required to access our studio space. At the moment, we are working on finding a way to make our space fully accessible.
