We are deeply disheartened by the recent events surrounding Canyon Concert Ballet. Our hearts go out to the students who have worked so hard this year, the teachers who have mentored them, and the professional dancers navigating this difficult transition.


Having grown up in and danced in those studios ourselves, we can’t help but feel the weight of these circumstances. We wanted to offer what we can to support this community. After an overwhelming amount of requests, we have decided that we are moving forward with photo week independently and opening our doors at Fokel Studio for donation-based sessions. Our small business has been impacted by these circumstances as well, but we know the repercussions are felt most deeply by the dancers, teachers, and families. Whether you can contribute a little, a lot, or nothing at all, you are welcome here.

Our goal is to ensure every student has the opportunity to commemorate their hard work and progress this year by participating in a session. For the professionals, we want to provide you with the audition materials needed to keep moving forward. Although it is late in the season, we hope this can help you in some way or another.


Students will receive 1 edited digital download included per signup. (parents, if you would like more than one costume captured, please signup for separate sessions per costume to allow for time)


Professionals will receive 2 edited digital downloads included per signup. (professionals, please reserve two back-to-back sessions so we can have enough time to get a couple of images)


We realize many dancers may not have access to their costumes. We are working to source some for the sessions, but we encourage dancers to come in class attire, a skirt, or whatever makes them feel best. If you have any children's costumes we could borrow to help provide for the dancers, please let us know!


We don't have the emails of all the families at Canyon Concert Ballet, so if you all could help spread the word, we would love to give as many dancers as we can the ability to commemorate their progress and achievements.
